Data Protection Act. 18.5.1 In this Condition the “ACT” means the Data Protection Act 1998 and any subordinate legislation made under it. Terms used in this Condition bear the meaning given to them in the ACT. Any personal data comprised in the DATA of the CPS ("CPS PERSONAL DATA") is and will remain the property of the CPS at all times.
