Common use of Data Protection Act Clause in Contracts

Data Protection Act. (a) Data Controllers and Data Processor Identities. (1) SELLER shall (and shall procure that any of its personnel and its subcontractors involved in the performance of this Contract) comply with any notification requirements under the Data Protection Act 1998 (“Act”) and both parties will duly observe all their obligations under the Act, which arise in connection with this Contract.
