Data Protection and Confidentiality. 10.1 Both Parties will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation and in particular the GDPR. This is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, a party’s obligations under the Data Protection Legislation. Personal Data will be used for the purposes of this Agreement and may be used by GO Power and its affiliates for the purpose of marketing other products and services which may be of interest to the Customer.
