Data Quality Verification. 9.5.1. The Contractor shall maintain a health information system that complies with the requirements of 42 CFR § 438.242 and provides the information necessary to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. The Contractor shall have in place mechanisms to verify the health information is complete and accurate. Mechanisms shall include the following:

The Contractor shall maintain a health information system that complies with the requirements of 42 CFR § 438.242 and provides the information necessary to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. The Contractor shall have in place mechanisms to verify the health information is complete complete, accurate, and accuratetimely. Mechanisms shall include verifying the following:accuracy by review of error reports and/or error resolution reports and timeliness as defined in this Agreement; and screening the data for completeness, logic and consistency of the data.
