DATA RETENTION AND DELETION. Except for anonymized Customer Data, as described above, or as otherwise provided under this SSA, Motorola will delete all Customer Data following termination or expiration of this SSA, the applicable Addendum, or Ordering Document, with such deletion to occur no later than ninety (90) days following the applicable date of termination or expiration, unless otherwise required to comply with applicable law. Any requests for the exportation or download of Customer Data must be made by Customer to Motorola in writing before expiration or termination, subject to Section 17.7 – Notices of the Primary Agreement. Motorola will have no obligation to retain such Customer Data beyond expiration or termination unless the Customer has purchased extended storage from Motorola through a mutually executed Ordering Document.
