Common use of Data Sharing Clause in Contracts

Data Sharing. Student records transferred between MCC and the ISD shall remain the sole property of the institution that created the records. Data that is transferred must be used consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), HIPAA, and ISD and MCC policies and procedures for managing student education records and other confidential information.
