Common use of Data Use Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Data Use Disclosure. You must disclose to all prospective Stripe Issuing Accountholders and prospective Card Authorised Users that you may provide Card Account Data to Stripe, and that Stripe may receive or collect Card Account Data. You must ensure that each prospective Stripe Issuing Accountholder consents to Stripe’s Privacy Policy as part of the onboarding process.
