Common use of Database File Clause in Contracts

Database File. Monthly and otherwise upon reasonable request by the Indenture Trustee, the predecessor Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Dates, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period on the Determination Date prior to a Servicer Default and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Servicer Default.
