Common use of Database Rights Clause in Contracts

Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights in and to the Business Technology, other than such Database Rights constituting Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Purchaser ) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.3), sell and support Purchaser Products in the Purchaser Field.

Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights in and to the Business Technology, other than such Database Rights constituting Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Purchaser Agilent) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.34.2), sell and support Purchaser Agilent Products in the Purchaser Agilent Field.

Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights in and to the Business Technology, other than such Database Rights constituting Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared prepare by or on behalf of Purchaser Buyer) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.33.2), sell and support Purchaser Buyer Products in the Purchaser Buyer Field.

Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights in and to the Business Technology, other than such Database Rights constituting Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Purchaser Seller) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.34.2), sell and support Purchaser (i) Seller Products in the Purchaser FieldSeller Field and (ii) Seller Products sold by Seller’s Operational Surveillance Business.
