Client Rights. The Employer and the Union are committed to quality care of clients. It is the right of clients, in the privacy of their home, to choose the employee with whom they feel the most comfortable. The Employer support client rights. If a client wishes to change employees, for any reason, the Employer will respect the right of the client to do so. If a client chooses to change employees, the employee who is being unscheduled shall be eligible for another client(s) or equivalent hours as available. The Employer will make a good faith effort to provide support for a successful employee/client relationship(s). At the discretion of the parties, the Employer and the Union may explore through the Labor Management Committee methods of coaching, counseling or mediation to assist in the resolution of client/worker conflicts to help ensure consistent service delivery with minimal worker reassignment.

It is the right of clients, in the privacy of their home, to choose the caregiver with whom they feel the most comfortable. The Employer will uphold and support client rights. If a client wishes to change caregivers, for any reason, the Employer will respect the right of the client to do so. If a client chooses to change caregivers, the caregiver who is being unscheduled shall be eligible for another client(s) or equivalent hours as available. The Employer will make a good faith effort to provide support for a successful caregiving relationship, if in the judgment of the Employer the regularly scheduled caregiver might succeed with the client if either or both the client and/or caregiver is guided with some coaching. At the discretion of the parties, the Employer and the Union may explore through the Labor Management Committee methods of coaching, counseling or mediation to assist generally in the resolution of client/worker conflicts to help ensure consistent service delivery with minimal worker reassignment.

Client Rights. Community Behavior Consulting will provide consulting to the District student(s) in accordance with the terms of student IEP, BIP, and/or treatment plan. Community Behavior Consulting acknowledges that the District is the client within the meaning of the Code. Community Behavior Services Consulting further acknowledges that the student(s) served is(are) the ultimate beneficiary(ies) of Consulting, and, to the extent the student(s) can also meet the Code’s definition of client, agrees that the District is the primary client. In the event that Community Behavior Consulting believes that a conflict in roles develops at any period of time covered by this Agreement, it agrees to comply with all applicable Code provisions. In the event Community Behavior Consulting believes that discontinuation of consulting is required by the Code, it agrees to give the District notice of this belief and to meet with the District to address its concerns.
Client Rights. Subject to the terms of this Service Description, the Bank hereby grants Client a non- exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Automated Sweep Service in connection with Client's own business operations in accordance with the Supporting Documents. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Client agrees not to (a) make the Automated Sweep Service available or allow use of the Automated Sweep Service in a computer bureau service business, or on a timesharing basis, or (b) otherwise disclose or allow use of the Automated Sweep Service by or for the benefit of any third party.

Client Rights. 4.1 Provider must maintain the client’s state and federal right of privacy and confidentiality to the medical and personal information contained in Provider’s records. 4.2 The client must have the right to choose providers unless that right has been restricted by HHSC or by waiver of this requirement from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The client’s acceptance of any service must be voluntary. 4.3 The client must have the right to choose any qualified provider of family planning services.

These rights include requesting that I amend your record; requesting restrictions on what information from your Clinical Record that is disclosed to others; requesting an accounting for most disclosures of protected health information that you have neither consented to nor authorized; determining the location to which protected health information disclosures are sent; having any complaints you make about my policies and procedures recorded in your records; and the right to a paper copy of this Agreement, the attached Notice Form and my privacy policies and procedures.
