Date and Maturity Sample Clauses

Date and Maturity. All Bonds shall be dated the Closing Date. The Bonds shall bear interest from the Closing Date until paid in full, payable for the periods, in the amounts, at the rates, and as provided in Section 3.06 hereof. The Bonds shall mature on the Maturity Date, unless sooner redeemed or accelerated.

  • Payment on Maturity Date Borrower shall pay to Lender on the Maturity Date the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due hereunder and under the Note, the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents.
