Common use of DATE FOR COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

DATE FOR COMPLETION. 4.1 Completion must take place in Canberra on the Date for Completion or as otherwise determined by the Contract and if not specified or determined, within a reasonable time. 4.2 Subject to clause 4.3, the Date for Completion of this Contract will be 30 Working Days from the date the Seller serves the Lease on the Buyer, in accordance with clause 35 as if it were a notice. 4.3 The Seller and the Buyer acknowledge and agree that the Date for Completion cannot be a date before the date that the Seller satisfies the conditions of clause 6.3. 4.4 The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any damage or loss caused to the Land from the period commencing 10 Working Days before the Date for Completion and continuing after Completion, including depositing of building waste and materials, except where caused by the deliberate action or omission of the Seller, its employees, agents or contractors.
