Date of Arbitration. Unless all the Arbitration Participants agree to extend the date of the arbitration, the arbitration will take place no later than six months after the date of the Petition for Arbitration. If the Parties agree to mediation, the amount of time reasonably needed to arrange and complete the mediation will be excluded from the six-month period for the completion of the arbitration.
