Common use of Date of Completion Clause in Contracts

Date of Completion. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "date of completion" where used in connection with a Proposed Transaction means the date on which the actual transfer of the Common shares or assets of the Corporation or corporate transaction comprising the Proposed Transaction takes effect.
