Common use of Date of Entry into Force Clause in Contracts

Date of Entry into Force. This Compact will enter into force on the later of (a) the date of the last letter in an exchange of letters between the Principal Representatives confirming that each Party has completed its domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and

Date of Entry into Force. This Compact will enter into force on the later of (a) the date of the last letter in an exchange of letters between the Principal Representatives confirming that each Party has completed its domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact andand that the conditions precedent to entry into force of Section 7.1 have been met. The letter from the Government will contain an affirmation of the Government’s commitment to its obligations hereunder and under the Program Implementation Agreement.
