Common use of Date of Entry into Force Clause in Contracts

Date of Entry into Force. This Compact shall enter into force on the date of the letter from the United States, acting through MCC, to Mozambique in an exchange of letters confirming that the Parties have completed their respective domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and that the conditions precedent to entry into force in Section 7.2 have been met to the United States’ satisfaction.‌
