Common use of DATE OF JOINING Clause in Contracts

DATE OF JOINING. The Employee shall commence his/her employment with the Company on the Effective Date (notwithstanding the date of execution of this Agreement) and continue his/her employment with the Company in accordance with the Company policies, rules and regulations and this Agreement.
