DATE OF TAKING EFFECT. The Scheme in its present form or with any modification(s) approved or directed by the NCLT or any amendment(s) made under Clause 23 of this Scheme shall be deemed to be effective from the Appointed Date but shall be operative from the Effective Date.
DATE OF TAKING EFFECT. The Scheme, set out herein in its present form, subject to any modification(s), approved or imposed or directed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench at Amaravati and / or the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad unless otherwise specified in the Scheme, shall be effective and operative from the Appointed Date, i.e., 01.10.2022, upon receipt of Certified copy of Order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench at Amaravati and the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad.
