Common use of Dates of Use Clause in Contracts

Dates of Use. The dates of use by LICENSEE shall be as follows: (a) Set up: July 1, 2015 - 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You must check in prior to setting your booth space. If you set up your booth without checking in and you are not in your assigned booth space, you may be asked to move at your own expense. (b) Event Days: July 2, 3 & 4, 2015 – Event Hours: from 9 to dark (c) Move out/vacation: July 5, 2015 before 12:00 noon.
