Common use of Dates & Times Clause in Contracts

Dates & Times. The Faire opens promptly at 11:00 am. Booths shall be opened and manned by costumed personnel between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm on July 9 & 10, 16-17, 23-24, 30, 31, August 6, 7, 13-14. All suppliers are expected to participate for the duration of the Faire. “Partial Runs” are strongly discouraged.
