Day Off Work. An employee required to work on a legal holiday which falls on his/her scheduled day off shall be paid overtime (time and one half) for hours actually worked. Additionally, the employee will receive eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), or 12 hours of vacation leave or straight time pay depending upon their regular work schedule.
