Resignation from Employment. 1. RESIGNATION - Effective July 31, 1997, you irrevocably resign from your position as Vice President and General Counsel -
Resignation from Employment. 7.1 A member shall notify the Board in writing by November 30th of the member’s intent to resign or retire effective December 31st.
7.2 A member shall notify the Board in writing by February 28th of the member’s intent to resign or retire effective March 31st.
7.3 A member shall notify the Board no later than March 15th of the member’s intent to resign or retire effective the end of that school year.
7.4 In accordance with the deadlines contained in 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3, a member who accepts a position which is not an occasional position with another school board, shall within 72 hours submit their written resignation to the Algoma District School Board.
7.5 Nothing herein prevents the member and the Board from mutually agreeing to a member’s retirement or resignation at any time.
7.6 Notwithstanding clauses 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5, members eligible for retirement gratuity or service gratuity in this collective agreement must comply with resignation/retirement notice deadlines contained in those Articles.
Resignation from Employment. 27.1 A teacher on the Occasional Teacher’s list shall be required to provide the Board with two (2) weeks written notice of the Occasional Teacher’s intent to resign. In the event an Occasional Teacher signs a contract with another Board, he/she will be required to resign from the list within two (2) school days.
27.2 Notwithstanding the above, an Occasional Teacher employed in a long-term occasional position shall be required to provide the Board with four (4) weeks written notice of the Occasional Teacher’s intent to resign.
27.3 Nothing herein prevents an Occasional Teacher and the Board from mutually agreeing to the Occasional Teacher’s resignation at any time.
Resignation from Employment. 1.1 Executive is resigning his employment with Dynamex effective July 5, 2006 (the “Termination Date”). After this date, Executive shall not accrue nor shall he be eligible or entitled to accrue or vest any additional benefits, including auto allowance, 401K contributions, retirement benefits or vacation benefits, to which he may previously have been eligible or entitled and that are made available to Dynamex employees from time to time or which were provided to Executive during his employment with Dynamex. No later than the sixth day after the Termination Date, Dynamex will issue a check to Executive for all work performed through the Termination Date as well as payment for his accrued but unused vacation time.
1.2 In consideration for the release of all claims and other agreements by Executive provided for herein, Dynamex agrees to pay Executive Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($200,000.00) (“Severance Payment”). The total Severance Payment will be paid out to Executive over a period of 12 months in 12 equal installments and will be subject to all applicable payroll withholdings. The first payment shall be made on or before the 28th day of July, 2006 after Executive executes this Agreement. Thereafter, the remaining payments shall be made on or before the 15th day of each remaining month. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Payment is new and separate consideration and is above and beyond any amounts to which he may have previously been entitled.
1.3 In exchange for consideration set forth in Section 1.2 above, Executive hereby fully and finally waives and releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamex (including all parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities), its shareholders, directors, officers, principals, vice-principals, partners, employees, agents, legal counsel and other legal representatives of every kind (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and with respect to any and all claims, actions, demands, and/or causes of action, of whatever kind or character, whether now known or unknown, arising from, relating to, or in any way connected with Executive’s employment or the termination thereof or any other, facts or events occurring on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement. Resignation from Employment. This Agreement and Employee's --------------------------- employment shall terminate if Employee voluntarily resigns from employment with ExecuStay. In such event, ExecuStay shall be obligated to pay Employee accrued and unpaid Base Salary through the date of termination and shall have no further obligations under this Agreement; provided that the terms of any award or employee benefit plan in which Employee participates shall govern the rights of Employee, with respect to any such award or plan.
Resignation from Employment. Unit members should give the Board as much advance written notice of pending resignation of employment as conditions allow. In giving advance written notice, unit members should take into consideration many factors, including but not limited to the July 10 statutory deadline for submitting notices of resignation and the best date for the resignation to take effect. Unit members resigning after completing the last full work year of employment are entitled to receive paid insurance benefits from the Board until the next work year begins but not to exceed twelve (12) months of insurance coverage for that work year. There may be reasons, however, such as resignation for purpose of retirement, to set an earlier effective date of retirement.
Resignation from Employment. Employee hereby offers and Company accepts Employee's resignation from employment effective February 21, 2000 ("Resignation Date"). On the Resignation Date, Employee's employment with the Company and all further compensation, remuneration, and eligibility of Employee under Company benefit plans shall terminate, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by applicable law.

Effective July 11, 2011 (the “Separation Date”), Executive has resigned his positions as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Company, as well as all other positions that Executive may hold as an employee, officer and/or director of Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Effective July 11, 2011, Executive has also resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Company (the “Board”). On the Separation Date, Company shall pay Executive all unpaid wages and accrued vacation pay through the Separation Date. Executive shall execute any such additional documentation as reasonably requested by Company to effect these resignations.
