Days’ Base Salary After Certain Terminations. If the Company terminates Employee’s employment other than for Cause, as defined below, the Company will provide Employee with written notice of termination and pay Employee his or her Base Salary for at least 30 days after such notice of termination, even if the Employment End Date is earlier.
