DBE COMPLIANCE RECORDS. Developer shall keep documents and records pertaining to DBE outreach, participation, procurements, utilization, payments, Good Faith Efforts and other compliance activities for five years after the Substantial Completion Date. These records and documents shall be subject to ADOT’s rights of inspection, copying and audit set forth in Sections 23.4 and 23.5 of the DBM Agreement.
