Deadline for Signature. This Agreement constitutes an offer to Executive, which must be accepted by Executive and returned to the Company by no later than 21 days after the Separation Date, after which date the offer shall lapse and be of no further force or effect.
Deadline for Signature. This Agreement must be signed by Offshore and received by the Minister on or before 17 November 1999 failing which it will be null and void.
