In the first case, the application must be sent before the date and time limit for submission, as evidenced by the postmark or deposit slip5, but in the second case it is the acknowledgment of receipt given at the time of the delivery of the application that will serve as proof.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. OPENING 3.2.1 Applicants may submit their Applications by mail, by courier or by hand, against confirmation of receipt. Unlawful detainers or evictions within the past five (5) years is a basis for denial of an application.
