Deadlines for Protests. (a) Protests concerning the issues described in Section 8.1(a) must be filed as soon as the basis for the protest is known, but no later than ten (10) calendar days after issuance of the RFQ, unless the protest relates to an addendum to the RFQ, in which case the protest must be filed no later than five (5) calendar days after the addendum is issued and ADOT gives notice that the discussion under Section 8.2 is concluded.
