Dealing with an Affiliate. The Managing Partner may for, in the name of and on behalf of, the Partnership enter into such agreements, contracts or the like with any Affiliate of any General Partner or with any General Partner, in an independent capacity, as distinguished from his capacity (if any) as a Partner, to undertake and carry out the business of the Partnership as if such Affiliate or General Partner were an independent contractor; and the Managing Partner may obligate the Partnership to pay reasonable compensation for and on account of any such services.
