DEALING WITH WAA MEMBERS. The Board and its representatives in fulfilling their obligation to members of this Bargaining Unit shall act in a moral, legal, ethical and professional manner in their dealings. The Board agrees that its rules and regulations governing employee conduct will be reasonable and that discipline will be fair and for just cause preceded by due process.
