Common use of Death of Employee Clause in Contracts

Death of Employee. If any of the PSUs shall vest upon the death of the Employee, any Common Stock received in payment of the vested PSUs shall be registered in the name of the estate of the Employee, and any cash amounts credited with respect to dividends shall be paid to the estate of the Employee.
