Death of Subscriber. In case of the death of the Subscriber; SAMPLE A. If the Subscriber has enrolled a Spouse or Domestic Partner as a Dependent, the Spouse or Domestic Partner will become the successor Subscriber. B. If the Subscriber has enrolled one or more Dependent Children (but not a Spouse or Domestic Partner), the Agreement will terminate on the last day of the month of the Subscriber’s death. C. If only the Subscriber is enrolled, the Agreement will terminate on the date of the Subscriber’s death.
