Death or Dissolution of a Member. This Agreement (and the Member’s membership in the Association) shall automatically terminate upon the Member’s death, dissolution or liquidation.

Death or Dissolution of a Member. Except as provided in Section 10.01, the death or dissolution of any Member shall not cause the dissolution of the Company. In such event, the Company and its business shall be continued by the remaining Member or Members.
