Death or Legal Incapacity. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article VI, upon the death or legal incapacity of a Limited Partner who is a natural Person, the Limited Partner’s executor, administrator, guardian, conservator or other legal representative may exercise all of the Limited Partner’s rights and powers for the sole purpose of settling the Limited Partner’s estate or administering the Limited Partner’s property.
