Common use of Debarment/Suspension Clause in Contracts

Debarment/Suspension. Contractor certifies that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible by any governmental entity. Contractor shall notify USBE within 30 days if debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in any contract by any governmental entity during this Contract.
