DEBARRED OR SUSPENDED CONTRACTORS. A business (contractor, subcontractor or supplier) that has either been debarred or suspended pursuant to the requirements of §13-1-177 through §13-1-180, and §13-4-11 through §13-4-17 XXXX 0000 as amended, shall not be permitted to do business with San Xxxx County and shall not be considered for award of the contract during the period for which it is debarred or suspended.
