Debt collection costs. If any payment of default interest required to be paid under the Agreement or any part of it is not paid on the due date, the default interest in arrears shall, (without prejudice to any or all of the rights and remedies accruing to Mogo Auto consequent on such default) be capitalised and shall be immediately added to the Loan Facility and shall bear interest accordingly at the rate specified in clause 4.2 of the T&C, from the day when the default interest is capitalised.

Debt collection costs. If you breach these terms and we take action to recover reasonable amounts payable by you under or in relation to these terms, you must pay us all of our reasonable collection costs, including commissions and legal fees and expenses on a solicitor and client basis.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such allocation and spreading shall be effected in such a manner that the rate of interest so computed is uniform throughout the stated term of this Note.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.
