Common use of Debt Recovery Clause in Contracts

Debt Recovery. If the Customer has fallen behind in payments and has not made arrangements with the Retailer for payment of unpaid bills, the Retailer may hand the Customer’s debt over to a debt collector. If the Customer is legally bound to pay or repay money under this contract, the Customer is expected to meet that obligation.
