Common use of Debts for Construction, Maintenance, Operation or Development Clause in Contracts

Debts for Construction, Maintenance, Operation or Development. NAI must promptly pay or cause to be paid all debts and liabilities incurred by it or its contractors or subcontractors in the construction, maintenance, operation or development of the Property. Such debts and liabilities will include those incurred for labor, material and equipment and all debts and charges for utilities servicing the Property.
