Decision of the Board of Arbitration. An Arbitration Board shall give a decision within sixty (60) calendar days after hearings on the matter submitted to arbitration are concluded. The decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final and binding and enforceable on all Parties.

Expenses of the Board of Arbitration: Each party shall pay: The fees and expenses of the Arbitrator it appoints. One of the fees and expenses of the Chairperson. Amending of Time -Limits: The time limits specified for both the grievance and the arbitration procedure may be extended by consent of the parties. All reasonable arrangements will be made to permit the conferring parties or the to have access to the Employer's premises to view any working conditions, which may be relevant to the settlement of the grievance. The Employer agrees that any written statement against any member of the Union by another member of the Union shall not be used in grievances or arbitrations, except for those evaluative comments by members serving in a supervisory role.
Decision of the Board of Arbitration. The Board of Arbitration shall:
a) Not have the power to change this Agreement, or to alter, modify, or amend any of its Articles;
b) Be limited to dealing with issues which are submitted to it for arbitration; and
c) Make every effort to render a final and binding decision within sixty (60) working days of the arbitration hearing.
