Decision Requirements. 6.10.1 Unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing, any dispute submitted for arbitration under this Article 6 shall be finally decided by the arbitrator(s) no later than thirty days from the completion of the hearing. 6.10.2 The final decision of the arbitrator(s) shall set forth in writing their findings of fact and any conclusions of law and be based on the evidence before them, all Applicable Laws, any applicable regulatory instruments issued by the Board, this Agreement and any relevant decisions of courts, agencies, or earlier arbitrations between the Parties under this Article 6. 6.10.3 A copy of the decision, with any Confidential Information expunged, shall be made available to the public upon request.
