Decisions by Board. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in the Plan to the contrary, all actions, decisions and determinations of the Board under this Agreement with respect to the Director shall be made by the members of the Board other than the Director, and Director shall have no right to be involved or consulted in such action, decision or determination.
Decisions by Board. Decisions with respect to the standard of appearance and condition of Limited Common Elements, and with respect to the necessity for, and manner of, caring for, maintaining, repairing, repainting or redecorating Limited Common Elements shall be made by the Master Board or delegated by the Master Board to a Subassociation Board.
