Declaration of Authority Sample Clauses
Declaration of Authority. As designated or otherwise required by AEP Ohio, AEP Ohio and each SSO Supplier shall execute a Declaration of Authority, a representative form of which is attached hereto as Attachment G.
Declaration of Authority. The Companies and each SSO Supplier shall have executed the Declaration of Authority in the form attached hereto as Appendix F.
