DECLARATION OF TENDERERS RELATIONS WITH NFL EMPLOYEES. Should a tenderer have a relation or in the case of a firm, one or more of its partners a relation or relations employed in NFL or in case of company any of its official or relations employed in NFL, the authority inviting tenders shall be informed of the fact at the time of submission of the tender. If so, the name, designation, department and X.Xx. of such employees be indicated failing which NFL may in its sole discretion reject the tender or rescind the contract. If any ex-employee(s) of NFL is/are employed with the tenderer, name, designation, department and X.Xx. of such employee(s) be indicated and if any ex-employee(s) of NFL is/are employed, after acceptance of tender, the said particulars shall also be intimated immediately in writing to NFL from time to time.

The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.

  • PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. Contractor, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that Contractor (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Contract.

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.
