Submission of the Tender. The contract shall be restricted and the tenders shall not be opened in public. The tender (one original copy of the documents to be signed), dated and signed, must arrive at the address of the Principal by no later than the date and time stated in the letter of invitation to tender. Based on their tender, including all of the improvements and/or additions made during the term of the tender, the Tenderers shall remain bound for a term of 60 (sixty) calendar days, from the day following the expiry date of the tender. The Tenderers whose tender has not been considered cannot claim any damages or demand any justification from the Principal or any member of the Construction Board. Any general delivery, invoicing or other conditions of the Tenderer shall be expressly inapplicable.

Submission of the Tender. Participation in this tender (including each member of a consortium and sub- contractor if applicable) is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the Treaties and to all natural and legal persons who are nationals of a third country which has a special agreement with the European Communities in the field of public procurement under the conditions laid down in that agreement. Participation (including each member of a consortium and sub-contractor if applicable) is also open to nationals of countries which have ratified the Multilateral Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) concluded within the WTO, under the terms of that Agreement. • Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the specific requirements of the Letter of Invitation to Tender and, without fail, within the deadlines laid down therein. Late delivery will lead to the exclusion of the tender from the award procedure for this contract. Offers sent by e-mail or by fax will also be non admissible. Envelopes found open at the opening session will also lead to non-admissibility of the tender. Consequently, tenderers must ensure that their bids are packed in such a way as to prevent any accidental opening during its mailing. • The tender must remain valid for a period of 12 months following the closing date for receipt of the tenders. Where the initial contract is stated to be renewed, the offer will remain valid for such renewals. Upon renewals of contracts, the Institute reserves the right to request updated forms for exclusion and selection criteria. If the situation concerning these requirements has altered, any changes must be reported immediately to the Institute. • This invitation to tender is intended to be competitive. Submission of the Tender. The Tenderers must submit the sections mentioned in paragraph 7.2.1, being the qualitative section of the Tender, as well as the related details of the Scheduled Availability Date and the Scheduled Completion Date, in accordance with schedule 9.1 A, no later than 13-06-2017 at 15:00 via TenderNed "Messages", and the other sections of the Tender mentioned in paragraph 7.2.2, being the quantitative offer in accordance with schedule 9.1 B, no later than 26-06-2017 at 15:00 via TenderNed “Tender”. The TenderNed digital safe closes at the latter time. After the digital safe is closed it is no longer possible to make a submission. TenderNed’s clock is decisive as regards timely submission. The Contracting Authority requires Candidates to also submit a paper version of the abovementioned sections on the respective dates between 10:00 and 15:00 to the Contracting Authority at the office address listed in paragraph 1.3 under mention of: “Confidential” and “Tender Xxxxxxxxxxx Connection tendering procedure, Case number 31099977”. Furthermore, only the digital version is valid. All parts of the Tender may only be submitted digitally via TenderNed. All parts of the Tender that must be signed must be provided with a recognised electronic signature with security level IV, in accordance with the requirements provided for in paragraph 1.3. A Tender which is subject to conditions will be declared invalid. A Tender which is not received in good time will be declared invalid. The provisions of paragraph 2.3 will apply in relation to a decision to this effect made by the Contracting Authority.   • Submission of Tender The tender shall be submitted online in two part, viz., technical bid and financial bid. All the pages of bid being submitted must be signed and sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents before uploading.

  • SUBMISSION OF TENDERS 3.01 The tenderer, should submit tenders after studying the entire tender document and instructions to the tenderer's carefully, visiting the sites, for satisfying himself of the local conditions, locations, accessibility of sites, nature, extent and character of operation, may obtain all clarifications before the tendering. Submission of tender implies that the tenderer has obtained all the clarifications required by him. No claim on ground of want of knowledge, thereafter, in such respect will be entertained. The tenderer should quote rates both in figures as well as in words in Rupees per MT Per Km for different movement slabs and in Rupees per MT., for wagon handling in the two separate formats of Schedule No. II. Tenderers have to tender the rates for transportation, only on slab rates irrespective of existence of truck union. Truck operators union / Transport Cooperatives which are registered with the registrar, Firms and Societies of the respective states to be supported with a notarized copy of the valid Registration certificate can also participate in the tenders directly but they shall have to tender the rates on slab rate basis. For tenderers other than registered truck operators unions / transport cooperatives, it shall be the responsibility of the tenderer to deal with the union if existing at any rake point. Tenderer shall have to arrange the movement as per the movement plan on rake to rake basis. Increase in transportation rates during the contract period or extended period of contract shall be considered only if there is increase in diesel rate by Government of India. The increase shall be allowed as per the formula given in the relevant clause of General terms and conditions of the tender document. The same formula shall be applicable for Truck operators unions / Transport Cooperatives also.

  • Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceeding Within 30 days after discovery, Progenity shall notify OIG, in writing, of any ongoing investigation or legal proceeding known to Progenity conducted or brought by a governmental entity or its agents involving an allegation that Progenity has committed a crime or has engaged in fraudulent activities. This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.

  • Qualification of the Tenderer 39.1 The Procuring Entity shall determine to its satisfaction whether the Tenderer that is selected as having submitted the lowest evaluated cost and substantially responsive Tender is eligible and meets the qualifying criteria specified in Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.

  • Preparation of Tenders ITT 10 (j) The Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents in its Tender: N/A ITT 12.1 Alternative Tenders shall not be considered.
