Common use of Decline of Client’s Orders Clause in Contracts

Decline of Client’s Orders. 12.1. Without prejudice to any other provisions herein in this Client Agreement and in Appendix 1, the Company is entitled, at any time and at its discretion, to restrict the Client’s trading activity, to cancel Orders, refuse to execute any Order of the Client, and the Client has no right to claim any damages, specific performance or compensation whatsoever from the Company, in any of the following cases: (a) Internet connection or communications are disrupted. (b) In consequence of request of regulatory or supervisory authorities of Commonwealth of Dominica or a court order or antifraud or anti-money laundering authorities. (c) Where the legality or genuineness of the Order is under doubt. (d) A Force Majeure Event has occurred. (e) In an Event of Default of the Client as defined in paragraph 14.1 of this Client Agreement. (f) The Company has sent a notice of Termination of the Agreement to the Client.
