Dedicated DS. 1 facilities to connect each Switch to the PSTN. If direct digital DS-1 facilities are not available, the Owner may incur additional costs to interface the Products. DS-1 facilities are to be provided (from the DSX panel provided by Owner) to the Telco facility demarcation point as defined in paragraph 1.9.1 of this Section C of this Exhibit B4 at each Designated Switch Site.
