Common use of Dedicated Generation Meter Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Generation Meter. Seller must provide, install, and maintain a dedicated generation meter at the Injection Point that shall be compliant with the requirements and standards stated in the NYGATS Operating Rules at Section 5.3.
