Dedicated impact area Sample Clauses

A 'Dedicated impact area' clause defines a specific geographic or operational zone where certain activities, obligations, or restrictions under the agreement will apply. In practice, this clause might specify that only a particular section of a property, facility, or project site is subject to environmental monitoring, construction work, or other contractual requirements. By clearly delineating the area of focus, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the scope of responsibilities and ensures that both parties are aligned on where contractual terms are enforceable.
Dedicated impact area. An impact area that is permanently designated within the training complex and used indefinitely to contain fired or launched ammunition and explosives and the resulting fragments, debris, and components.
