Common use of Dedication of Internal Street Right-of-Way Clause in Contracts

Dedication of Internal Street Right-of-Way. As provided in Title 26 of the Lincoln Municipal Code (“Land Subdivision Ordinance”), each Parcel Owner and/or its successors and assigns whose parcel is being final platted or related parcel site improvements approved by administrative amendment to the PUD shall dedicate and convey the necessary right of way for the construction and operation of the Internal Streets that are located on said Parcel Owner’s parcel.
