DEDUCING TITLE. 6.1 The Seller's title to the Property has been deduced to the Buyer's Conveyancer before the date of this contract. 6.2 The Buyer is deemed to have full knowledge of the title and is not entitled to raise any objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to it. 6.3 Conditions 7.1, 7.2, 7.3.1 and 7.4.2 do not apply to this contract.

DEDUCING TITLE. 7.1 The Landlord's freehold title to the Property has been deduced to the Tenant's Conveyancer before the date of this agreement. 7.2 The Tenant is deemed to have full knowledge of the Landlord's title and is not entitled to raise any enquiry, objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to it.

DEDUCING TITLE. 11.1 The Council’s title to the Property is registered at the Land Registry under Title Number(s) [insert as appropriate] and title shall consist of official copies of the registers of those Titles and official copies of all documents noted on the registers of those titles.

An official copy of the title and filed plan as at 12 July 2016 at 14:34:43 has been deduced to the Tenant's Conveyancer before the date of this agreement. 19.2 The Tenant is deemed to have full knowledge of the Landlord's title as at 12 July 2016 at 14:34:43 and is not entitled to raise any objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to it save in respect of new matters revealed by the Tenant’s pre-completion searches.

DEDUCING TITLE. 4.1 Title to each of the Properties has been deduced to the Buyer’s Solicitors before the date of this Agreement. 4.2 The deeds and documents of title for each of the Properties are listed in the Disclosure Letter and copies have been given to the Buyer’s Solicitors. 4.3 The Buyer is deemed to have full knowledge of the title to each of the Properties and is not entitled to raise any objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to any of them.
DEDUCING TITLE. 5.1 The Seller's title to the Property has been deduced to the Buyer's Conveyancer before the date of this agreement. 5.2 The Buyer is deemed to have full knowledge of the title and is not entitled to raise any objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to it except in relation to matters arising out of the Buyer's pre-completion searches at the Land Registry. 5.3 For the purposes of Section 6(2)(a) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 all matters now recorded in registers open to public inspection and all information ascertainable from the documents provided to the Buyer’s Conveyancer are deemed to be within the actual knowledge of the Buyer notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6(3) of the said Act
DEDUCING TITLE. 5.1 The Seller’s title to the Lease has been deduced to the Buyer’s Conveyancer before the date of this contract. Subject to clause 5.2 the Seller’s title to the Lease has been deduced to the Buyer’s Conveyancer before the date of this contract. 5.2 The Seller will instruct the Seller’s Conveyancer to register the Lease at the Land Registry. Immediately upon receipt from the Land Registry the Seller’s Conveyancer shall issue an official copy of both the Register and Plan to the Buyer’s Conveyancer. 5.3 The Buyer is deemed to have full knowledge of the title and is not entitled to raise any objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to it save any matter which may be revealed by the Title Register and the Buyer’s Conveyancer’s pre-completion searches. 5.4 Conditions 6.2, 6.3.1 and 6.4.2 do not apply to this contract.
